Keoghs required a removal firm to undertake a series of moves for its London operation at Holland House, to new premises at Plantation House in London.
The bulk of the move would consist of files to be moved.

All Pickfords staff were Disclosure and Baring Service (DBS) cleared

Pickfords’ personnel were identified by uniforms and security passes

Names were supplied in advance

Crates were lidded and security sealed

A driver remained in attendance with each vehicle at all times

Pickfords service included:

Day 1: 160 standard crates delivered to Holland House

Day 2: Collected 28 cabinets from Holland House

Day 3: Collected 160 crates and a further 20 cabinets and delivered them to Plantation House

Day 4: Collected 160 empty crates from Plantation House and returned them to Holland House

Day 5: Delivered a further 180 standard, and 60 IT crates to Holland House

Day 6: Transferred 340 crates, data safe, and 60 IT crates from Holland House to Plantation House.
