Purchasing packaging and boxes from the online Pickfords Eco-Boxshop
You have 14 days after Pickfords confirms acceptance of the Pickfords Eco-Boxshop online order to cancel the order (the cooling off period). If you have received goods, you must agree with Pickfords to return these to your local Pickfords branch or return by courier to Pickfords to be for a refund. In this instance, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be in unused condition in order for a refund to be approved.
