Your responsibilities
- Team leadership: Manage the Group team to achieve revenue, margin and contribution targets.
- Operational oversight: Coordinate daily sales activities, move coordination processes and local accounts.
- Performance management: Conduct team reviews, monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve company targets.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company guidelines, health & safety requirements and transport regulations.
- Customer service: Conduct customer visits to maintain service standards and manage complaints and claims effectively.
- Business development: Maintain and develop local accounts and enhance brand presence in the local area.
- Reporting: Complete required trading reports, forecasts and monthly returns.
