Our international shipping service
We provide customers with two container options, when shipping their goods to Kenya. The container you use will depend on the amount you’re sending.
- Shared Container service: We recommend this option if you’re sending a small amount of goods. Your shipment will be sent in a shared shipping container and you will only be charged for the space they take up.
- Exclusive Container service: We recommend this option if you’re shipping a large amount of items , or a vehicle to Kenya. Your goods will be sent in their own container and you will pay for the entire space within it.
How does it work?
Our international shipping service is designed to be as simple and efficient, as possible.
- Step 1. Fill in our online quote form.
- Step 2. We will contact you to arrange a free survey of the goods you want to ship and supply you with your free quote. Your survey will be carried out via a safe, contactless video app.
- Step 3. On move day, we will arrive at your property and collect your items. If you have requested our packing service, our team will pack up your belongings, at this stage.
- Step 4. You goods will be shipped to Kenya via your requested shipping method.
- Step 5. Alongside our trusted agent in Kenya, we will arrange for your consignment to be cleared through customs.
- Step 6. Your goods will be delivered to your destination in Kenya.
