Pickfords will schedule all the packing and shipping requirements necessary, for your personal items to be passed on to Allied Pickfords Thailand and delivered to your home.

Our international partners will accommodate to all your needs throughout the emigration to ensure your move is as comfortable as possible. The team will provide a personal delivery service to your new home whilst also offering help with documentation and custom clearance. 

Arrival into Thailand

Ahead of your your move to Thailand, you will be allocated with one of our highly skilled Move Managers who will direct your paperwork to Allied Pickfords Thailand. The team will help to arrange clearance and delivery to your new home whilst also offering support with any customs forms.

Goods transportation

Your personal effects will initially be stored into packing boxes, and then further secured by metal shipping containers. The items will be transported on a container ship,and you can track their delivery with our international shipment tracking service. The transit time time of which will depend upon your shipping service choice:

FCL (Full Container Load)

With exclusive container use, your effects will arrive within 8 to 10 weeks.

Groupage

For those who are not looking to ship a great quantity, you can opt for our groupage service. Here, you will effectively share a container with other customers on a more cost effective deal. Groupage transit times to Thailand are between 8 and 12 weeks.

The transit time detailed is for guideline purposes only and may be subject to variation dependent upon prevailing market conditions, shipping line capacity and actual sailings. Your Move Manager will keep you updated following collection of your shipment.

Do you offer car shipping?

Pickfords can ship your car abroad, but shipment of vehicles to Thailand is not recommended. All imported vehicles must comply with Industrial Standard Institute regulations and require both an Import Licence and Import Permit from the Ministry of Commerce.

What about storage?

As part of our complete service, Pickfords will arrange for the storage of your items in either Thailand or the UK.
